Holiday Inn Express Romulus / Detroit Airport, an IHG Hotel

Continental breakfast was adequate, continental breakfast had hot food line with eggs toasts, pancakes, yogurt fresh fruit. Clean room and quiet location. Nice complimentary shuttle service to the airport for my early flight!

The male who worked in the area where breakfast was being served was extraordianarily efficient. He delivered service with a smile and a willingness to provide anything he could within his scope of management.

We were there overnight before an early flight. Checkin was a friendly breeze, the shuttle to the airport was precisely on time, the room was clean and comfortable. We left too early for breakfast.

The check-in was easy, the rooms were clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, they use all Dove products in the bathroom, and the shower was spacious, hot, and had good pressure and shower head. The hotel shuttle was timely and convenient, the full breakfast was delicious, and the hotel was conveniently located adjacent to restaurants. Staff was friendly and accommodating. One of the best hotels we've stayed in!

It was too early for us to want to eat breakfast and we just wanted to get to the airport, but it looked like it was available for those who would want it even at such an early hour. We were not at the hotel very long from 9:30 pm to 5:30 am the next day, since we just needed to get close to the airport for our early morning flight. The hotel worked great for this purpose.
